PUS: COREY THE SNAIL; AND THE PERIMETER GUARD FOR THE ICKY PUS BOG, THE SAVAGE EMU: SEMU. TWO MORE CRITTERS YOU'LL COME TO KNOW & LOVE AS OUR STORY UNFOLDS...YOU'LL SEE THE NEWEST STRIP OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS, AFTER MUCH DELAY DUE TO OUR DISHONEST EXCURSION OFF THE BEATEN-UP PATH...YES, WE ARE SAUCY! SO, THE BIG APPLE CON AS WE WHO FREQUENTED IT IN THE PAST KNEW IT IS, SADLY, NO MORE. THE ALL NUDE, BIG APPLE CON IS....BLEH! NOT VERY WOODLANDS-WORTHY. THE DAY WAS NOT A TOTAL LOSS AS CROOKS GOT TO PLANT HIM BUM-BUM IN THE HALLOWED, HOLLOWED SEAT THAT ADAM WEST'S RUMP FIT SO COMFORTABLY INTO: THE CLASSIC BATMOBILE FROM THE BATMAN TV SERIES. HOPEFULLY IN THE FUTURE THERE WILL BE A SPACE RESERVED RIGHT NEXT TO IT FOR THE LIFE SIZE "BEAVER CART," WAIT AND SEE...CROOKS & MOOSE DID MANAGE TO HAND OUT SOME PROMO FLYERS, ALWAYS TRYING TO SPREAD THE BEAVER, THAT'S US; WE GOT SOME LOOKS, BUT SOME LOOKERS AS WELL. FIBBER MCGEE & MOLLY....

Well, there's been some "raod work" on Beaver path as of late, er...well, actually that's a wee lil' white one. Crooks & I were busy tring to con our way into the Comic Strip Star contest on Amazon.com a few weeks back. Seems they accepted aroud 2000 applicants, and every two weeks widdled the numbers down. Yours (us) truly made the first cut, to the 250 mark, alas we lost out on the next round when the cut narrowed the combatants down to 50. Howlever, I think they got on to our "fudge" despite my best attempts to mask our bumbling website, and we were outed! See, submissions had to be "unpublished" AND the strips had to be done by a sole creator; and, as once can plainly see, this we aint'! So even though I asked the Super Powers that be to "block the site" I think it was all in main vein and our emerald curtain was pulled back revealing the proof in the puddin'. So you can expect to see the Beaver and Moe back in about ten days; JR, our webguru is vacationing down under with Mrs. Webguru and we must twiddle our thumbs until he gets his dingo-butt back in the Woodlands. Crouching Moose Hidden Beaver

Well, they say a picture tells a thousands Williams, you prey tell me? We got some very nice photos on a mysterious disc care of the PH.B.I. today and we pelasantly plopped to find the enclosed "top secret" images!
To my immediate write, is Moose Mattson, head writer and chief adviser on Beaver (sorry guys!); Moose was busy signing a disgusting amount of his post-it note autobiography he managed to write while Crooks was busy playing Annie Lebovitz, yes, he has better hair, DUH! So, see what you missed?
The second "beaver shot" is Moose holding the much sausaged after Beaver in the Man Hat Wizard World Exclusive ash-can, ONLY given away at Wizard Worlds across the country this year, which constitutes two! If you would like a copy of this sure to be collectible (think eBay!) than just drop us an email; we are in the processed meat of having our "contact button" (I said lunch, NOT launch!) added to the site by Grand Master, the Wizard of Webbage: JR! Well, all bets are off, here's the long awaited interview with Mr. Moose Mattson & The Dark Beaver himself, the Beaver in the Man Hat; as we two kinks appeared on the "That There Shagg Show" back in March. Guess I better start practicing my Oscar speech, gotta thank all the little peep holes and such. I can see it now, "Best Actor," Moose Mattson...or am I the support on this one? I dunno....Somehow I think we're gonna need all the support we can get!

BEAVER STRIP #4 & beyond.....

Well, tardiness aside, the Beaver in the Man Hat muscles on; do remember faceless readers that we try and stick to our "every ten days" upload policy bringing you futher adventures of our whacky Woodland critters; but sometimes those darn stars don't always align, soooooo; when we hit snags or blind pimples as we call them, we've devised a, well, some would say Easter egg, but I'm calling it a "cool whip moment" where our strip will be "interrupted" by WTV, Woodland Television which will bring you monumental and, more times than not, mundane Woodland news, with anchor Moose Mattson (no relation folks!). So keep you eyes peeled, you ears open and your knuckles cracked for this exciting new(s) feature.....
Speaking of exciting news over the next few days you'll see "Beaver TV" (not what you think guys, and some gals); Beaver TV will bring you live action adventures and promotional footage of the Beaver in the Man Hat, creators, Dr. Pus and so darn much more.
